Can health insurance company refuses to let me switch from PPO to HMO?
Blue Cross raised our health insurance rates so my boss gave us the option either to switch to HMO for free or stay on PPO and pay for it every month. Some of my colleagues already HMO and some stayed with PPO. 3 of us decided to switch from PPO to HMO but Blue Cross turned the requests down. Can they do that?
