Is it HMO or PPO?? and does it cover accutane?

see if you have access to your information on their website. You probably have to sign up with your ID # and make a user name/password. Look up "formulary" (there's probably a tab) and see if it's on there. There's no way to know if Accutane is covered, as each group is different. Most likely you have a PPO, but definitely not an HMO.
