I was thinking about orking for sears but wanted to make sure they offer health insurance, is it good coverage?

If they do have coverage, about how much does it cost for family, and what does it cover. Is it ppo/hmo/major company like cigna or aetna, etc. Is there a waiting period? Is there dental/vision?
