A Agricultural Inspector/Representative scientest. Where they do studies on the water and dirt, blood from livestock and urine. To see if they are in th proper living conditions. If anything is wrong with the animals or their living quarters they can get the farmers or companies to stop it and clean up their act. And if the animals are not in good condition they give the farmers time to straighten up their act. They come back at and arranges time and if they are not fixed up they could shut down the farm.
