What a I do about a problem neighbor? In ND?

ive hadd the same problem but it was about my dog who wouldnt allw people to come onto my property! he dont bark or hurt anyone he stays in the fence but they kept callin the law for the reason of thatir dog trying to attack mine throught the fence i mean wtf! so i called the law on thair dog who was runnin free all the time!! i say u call the law on them for false calls to the poliece disturbing the peace or thretining a minor!! hope this helpedd!! <3 kaitlinn :)
