How do I find out the group's name who is against proposed FL Medicaid cuts?

I was told there is a group of parents who are against FL Medicaid going all HMO, because there aren't specialists in the network for their children to see. None of the major hospitals participate with these HMO's. There might be a gastroenterologist in network, but they don't see children under 10. So if you have a very sick child that must have a pediatric gastro, who do you see?? I was told by the Medicaid office that there was a group that was protesting these proposed changes, but he wasn't at liberty to say the name. How do I find out who it is??
