Can you have more than 1 wire (white neutral) in a lug on the ground bar?

I have sold my home and my inspector states that I have to have an electrician come and put each neutral wire terminated in it's own lug on the ground bar. Right now, I have 2 or 3 white wires in each lug and he is requiring me to give each wire its' own lug. Is this code?
