Is the problem drug cartels or Border Patrol Agents?

drug cartels exist because we consume.. there is so much money greasing palms all over the united states, that i don't think anyone really wants the drug trade to ever stop, or be legalized. You can see the corruption with your own eyes, just go sit IN the San Ysidro border crossing north bound, and watch the agents closely or with binoculars it's rampant. They actually advertise when there are going to be drug sweeps or increased patrols ahead of time. Drug cartels exist because we created the necessity to get large amounts of drugs at the cheapest price and highest quality, WE HAVE BLOOD ON OUR HANDS
