If I allow an inspector in and they stay for 4 hours what are my rights, Washington state?
We go through a property manager to rent our home in Washington State. They asked us if we would allow an appraiser to come in. We asked if the house was for sale, they assured us it was not. A week later, our friend saw our home on Craig's list complete with pictures including our belongings. Our property manager was not aware. We allowed the Real Estate agent and an inspector access to our home. My Dad walked around with them since we are still living there. They told him they wanted privacy and he was "rude" They stayed for 4 hours until my husband got home and kicked them out. What can we do? how long can they stay when we let them in? They were standing in our kitchen talking well into our normal dinner time
