Do I owe money for non-PCP doctor visits?

I've been going to the same Medical Group/office for years and they put me with a different doctor almost every time, even though I told them I had an HMO. I selected a PCP from the group but she left awhile ago and I haven't gotten a new one. Today I checked my BCBSIL claims and they all say "Not Paid" but the Estimated Amount I owe all say "$0". I also haven't gotten any bills or calls from either office. Did I make a mistake letting them pick my doctor? Do I secretly owe all this money I didn't know about?
