Billing for delivery of baby?

I would like to know what to expect after delivering my baby before my insurance plan had changed. For 2010 I was part of an HMO through Blue Cross. I was suppose to deliver my baby in late January, but my water broke on December 31 2010. So my baby was born on December 31st 2010, the last day I was going to be covered under HMO. I left the hospital 2 days later. My question is, what should I expect regarding billing for delivery. Effective January 1st 2011 I was part of a EPO plan through blue cross.
