I have worked for this company for 12 years. I am male, early 40's, and in good health. The problem i have with this is that our 'safety director' is an idiot. He doesn't know how to even spell confidentiality much less the definition of the word. I don't trust him with private information like my medical records. Can they still 'require' that we give them access? We are not a medical company, insurance provider, or HMO.
