Do others find the computer relaxing?

reading,television or meditation...i find the computer most relaxing..from playing bejeweled,or watching a cam of people walking around the eiffel tower or time square..the computer just relaxes me like nothing else..i'm not on it for hours but the time that i am..its therapeutic. do others find it therapeutic?..those recipe sites get me very relaxed but get an urge to bake!
