Does anyone have Safeguard Dental HMO insurance?

I'm looking to get private dental insurance but can't afford anything expensive. I found the safeguard dental HMO Premier choice plan and it seems to be a really good deal. I was wondering if anyone would recommend this plan or have advice as to why I should steer clear of it. Any advice would help! Thanks!
