Girl problem; what should i do?

quick question for everybody: Today there was a new Filipina QC inspector (quality control inspector) and I trained her, i taught her how our QC operate, she is very cute, sweet, and bubbly like a Prosecco, Now I am very interested with her (she is 21 years old form Olongapo City in P.I. ) but the weirdest thing is that she live with a male roommate, she told me that he is just a "friend" that she lives with (I would understand if he is a bit homosexual but no he also work in Hitachi) Do you think he is a just friend, or friends with benefit or something. I really like this woman but should I go for it or no?
