How do you reinstall or get back the output devices in the program sound after disabling all of the devices?

i have an inspiron 1525 and i accidentally clicked ''disable'' on all of my output devices and know i cant use my speakers on the computer, the speakers i plug into the headphone input jack, or use my HDMI cable and use the speakers on my television.I need to know how to re-enable my devices or just install a program that i can use in replace of the default program sound.
