My daughter got approved for medicaid, now what?

i am supposed to choose a plan. I do not know if I should choose HMO or PSN. Please help me understand what this is and which is better. Some basic information: my daughter is 2 yrs old and I guess i am looking for something more in the pediatrics areas( check ups, visits if she is sick, prescriptions, etc.). She does not need any extra special care. Also we live in South Florida. Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
