Okay, so i have no clue about this kinda stuff?

now that im 18 im trying to be more independent and stuff, and im trying to find myself a counsler/theripist thingy but i dont know how to find one that takes my insurance. i have like healthy familys hmo through blue cross.... i dont even know what that means!!! is there like a tipline i can call to ask someone or something? because i am 100 percent lost. maybe i should just call a bunch of counsling places and ask?
