UNDERWATER NDT QUESTIONS / HELP !?

so im looking into this program its underwater non destructive testing inspector its at national university san diego 15,600 tuition 8 months pro certificate but the thing is does anyone know there salary ? long term health? is it safe? just basic questions... also is it hard to find a job in this field
