Turned Landlord in to Town Inspector- Now getting evicted?

Can she legally do this in New York..refuses to make repairs,Told me I had no right to allow the Town Building inspector to enter her property and when my lease is up in 60 days I have to be out. I pay my rent always!!! Isn't this illegal, She is throwing me out because I got the town involved
