Question about WIC and the proof of income?

i asked this question earlier but got several different answers so let me explain better. im trying to apply for wic and dont know what to do and i have an appointment next week. i live with my dad and he makes way too much money for me to receive wic. but ive been using my friends address since ive been pregnant for doctors and i used her income to get medicaid. but i had to change my medicaid to an hmo (horizon) idk if this even matters. well anyway i used to babysit for her so she didnt care if i used her address or income and i asked her about wic and she sed she didnt care if i used her address but i cant use her income because shes concerned about her wic. so basically idk wat to do i dont no who's income to use since im not working. i could use my moms and say she takes care of me since she has little income. or i could use the babys fathers income, who really does take care of me. i just need help and advice on what to do because i dont want to go there and get denied because my baby is due in 2-3 months. ughhh well thanks for any help
